Shogun Japanese Steakhouse was a Japanese restaurant owned and operated by Ki Chon Choi and Seung Woo Choi of Huntsville at 4618 U.S. Highway 280 in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood. They acquired the property at the former Key Pointe Shopping Center in 1993.

In 2011 the former restaurant site was redeveloped as the Shops at River Ridge.
