Carlile's Barbecue is a barbecue restaurant located at 3511 6th Avenue South in Birmingham. It was founded in 1945 by two brothers named Carlile. It has been owned for the last few decades by the Evans family. Vickie Evans Fuller is the current proprieter.

Notable customers of Carlile's have included George W. Bush and Lyle Lovett.
