Grandview II is a 6-story office building located at 3595 Grandview Parkway of U. S. Highway 280. The building, which was developed by Daniel Realty Services in 1998, contains 149.463 square feet of rentable space on an 8.5 acre site.

The building was sold in 2006 to Behringer Harvard, a Dallas, Texas investment company headed by Robert M. Behringer.

As of 2006, major tenants in Granview II include Daniel Realty Services, Assurant, and Solutions Plus.
