Demetris Bar-B-Q is a BBQ restaurant located at 1901 28th Avenue South in Homewood.

It originally opened as "El Rancho" in 1961 a block from their current location. They moved to their current location in 1973 and renamed the restaurant to "Demetris Bar-B-Q".
