Joel's Restaurant

Joel's Southern Kitchen, originally Joel's Restaurant, is a local chain of meat and three southern home cooking restaurants, open for lunch hours only.

The original restaurant is located at 312 Main Street in downtown Trussville and was opened by Joel and Peggy Rickles in 1983.

The Rickles retired in 2016 and sold the restaurant to Charles Matsos. As of 2018, Matsos has opened 4 additional locations.
