- Bromberg's Jewelers: 1920 - 1946. The upper floors housed Bromberg Galleries "china, glassware, gifts and artware"
- Other businesses sharing the building in 1925 included the Vanity Boot Shop, a billiards hall, and the Princess Theater (?).
