Clinton Woods (born August 27, 1986 in Birmingham) is a managing partner of Prescott Contracting, executive pastor of Christ Church in Fairfield, and representative of District 1 on the Birmingham City Council, having been appointed in December 2018 to fill the seat left vacant by Lashunda Scales' election to the Jefferson County Commission.

Woods is the son of contractor and former mayoral candidate Chris Woods and grandson of Baptist minister and Civil Rights leader Calvin Woods. He graduated from Shades Valley High School and earned his bachelor of science in economics at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. He completed a master's in engineering construction management at UAB.

Woods managed Mark Pettway's successful campaign for Jefferson County Sheriff in the 2018 election. He was one of 14 applicants to fill the remaining term left by Scales' resignation from the City Council in November 2018. He was selected over Brandon McCray by a 4-3 vote and sworn in on December 18.
