The Park at Deerfield (formerly Landmark at Magnolia Glen) is a 320-unit apartment complex located at 3627 Cedarbrook Drive off of Lorna Road in Hoover.
In 2015 Crescent Real Estate of Fort Worth, Texas purchased the complex for $19.25 million. In July 2020 the property was acquired by Carlton Equities of Lakewood, New Jersey for $24.96 million.
