Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church was a Baptist church located at 3117 34th Street North in the Douglasville section of Birmingham's Collegeville neighborhood.

The church laid the cornerstone for its brick building on August 26, 1979, during the pastorate of O. Vann Porter Jr.
