2112 14th Avenue South is a distinctive circular 3,040 square-foot office building at 2112 14th Avenue South, on the corner of 21st Place South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.
The building was acquired in 2001 by endodontist Kathy Jefferson for $325,000. Jose Casanova bought it from her for $550,000 on April 30, 2021 and immediately sold it to Gerard Kassouf's Highland Avenue Land Co. for $685,000. That company, which also owns and leases the nearby 2101 Highland Avenue office building, plans to take the opportunity to improve the exterior appearance of the site while marketing the building itself to a professional tenant.
