City Wholesale Grocery Co. Inc. was a convenience store distributor founded in 1926 by Pete Dichiara.

The business was originally located at 1126 2nd Avenue North. In the 1930s and 1940s it operated from 2309-2311 Morris Avenue.

By the 2020s the company operated a distribution network in parts of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee, primarily servicing independently-operated convenience store, and reported annual revenues of about $150 million.

Paul Dichiara sold the business to Imperial Trading Co. of New Orleans, Louisiana in 2023. The new owners kept the Birmingham facility at 300 Industrial Drive in the Oxmoor Industrial Park operating as a regional distribution center.
