Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church (or Trinity AME Zion Church) is an AME Zion church located at 1800 19th Street Ensley, on the corner of Ensley Five Points West Avenue in Ensley.

The church was organized in 1906 by a Reverend Jordan, who served for just one year. He was succeeded by W. W. Bryant who oversaw the completion of the church building on its present site. The building was renovated in 1972.

The adjacent parsonage was damaged by fire in April 2009. Another fire, on Christmas morning in 2018 caused damage to the main building. The congregation met at Holy Family Catholic Church in Ensley until March 3, and then relocated to Temple Emanu-El in Birmingham's Southside.

The church was restored and rededicated in 2023.
