Harry D. Breeding (born c. 1861) was an architect partnered with David O. Whilldin in the firm of Breeding & Whilldin from 1904 to late 1906. The partnership's best-known commission was Birmingham High School, completed in 1906.
Breeding later designed the 1926 art deco Ramsay-McCormack building which towers over downtown Ensley.
