Year constructed?

I can't find any sources at all on the year it was constructed. Our Robert Waldrop article states that it was named for him in 1976, and while I am pretty sure that is when it was built, I left that part out. Summe's Homewood only mentions that HHS named their on-site baseball field for Waldrop, and doesn't mention Waldrop Stadium or any football venue at all. --Wheresdib 10:50, 11 March 2008 (PDT)
