Toast Bakery

Toast Bakery was a planned bakery and coffee shop owned by Mazy Holiday to be opened in a former auto body shop at 24th Street and 2nd Avenue South in March 2007.

The bakery was to feature traditional breads from around the world, along with cakes, pastries and home-made marshmallows. The shop woud feature a light lunch menu and coffee.

Toast, an outgrowth of Holiday's current business, Amazyng Baking, is still an online bakery where orders can be placed for catering, delivery, and shipping.
