The Preserve Jazz Festival is an annual live jazz concert held annually at Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover. The festival was founded in [[2007] by jazz guitarist Erik Essix and Preserve resident and insurance salesman Jason Henderson.

2008

The 2008 festival was held on June 1. Headliner was Guitars & Saxes. Other acts included Mart Avant's Night Flight Big Band, Kelley O'Neal Band with CeCe Phillips, and Joey Sommerville and his band, with Bob Baldwin.
