CB&S Bank is a bank headquartered in Russellville, Franklin County. The $1.3 million bank has 36 branches sprawled across Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. In 2006, it acquired 9 branches and deposits through the diversture of some AmSouth Bank branches.

CB&S entered the Birmingham market in May 2008 when it opened a de novo branch in the former Regions Bank location at Village at Lee Branch at 1301 Doug Baker Boulevard off of U. S. Highway 280.
