Dale Serrano Dance Studios

'Prof.' Huel Murphy's Studio of Professional Arts was a dance studio located at 209 1/2 22nd Street North. The studio also held regular classes at the Jasper American Legion Hall as well as in Woodlawn and Bessemer.

Huel Murphy and his wife and Ralph and Dale Serrano were notable instructors. The studio offered lessons in tap, ballet, baton-twirling, modern dance, acrobatic, personality singing, ballroom dance and jazz dance.
