Green Solar Manufacturing

Green Solar Manufacturing LLC is a manufacturer of structural insulated panels for residential construction. The company operates facilities in Covington, Georgia and San Dimas, California. It has partnered with McCarter & Son Construction and Triumphant Kingdom Builders to develop an $11 million, 70,000 square foot manufacturing and job-training facility at 31 1st Avenue North in Birmingham.

The city of Birmingham mage an agreement to rebate $150,000 in occupational taxes over ten years and to contribute toward the cost of adjacent land needed for parking.
