Daniel George is a fine dining restaurant located at 2837 Culver Road in Mountain Brook Village. It is owned and operated by chefs Daniel Briggs and George McMillan III. The restaurant opened on August 3, 2000.

Daniel George's menu changes daily and features American cuisine, including seafood, meat and game. After almost 10 years as a dinner-only establishment, McMillan and Briggs began serving lunch Mondays through Fridays on January 18, 2010.
