Erick Jack (born in Trinidad and Tobago) is the dean of the UAB School of Business.

Jack, a naturalized citizen, served for 21 years in the U. S. Air Force. He earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, a master's degree in business from Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio, and a doctorate in operations management from the University of Cincinnati.

Jack came to UAB in 2001 as an associate dean for faculty development and research. He was appointed interim dean for the business school in October 2012 and offered the full-time position in April 2013 following a national search.
