The 1995 City Stages was the 7th annual edition of "Birmingham's World-Class Music Festival". 200 acts played 12 stages. Ticket prices increased to $15 day or $20 for the weekend. An estimated 265,000 attended.

This was St Louis festival-goer "Beatle Bob" Matonis' first City Stages.
