1st Avenue North (Woodlawn) is the section of 1st Avenue North running through downtown Birmingham's Woodlawn neighborhood, between 47th Street North at the edge of North Avondale, and 62nd Street North, at the edge of the Wahouma and East Lake neighborhoods. 1st Avenue is part of the route of U.S. Highway 11.
