2164 11th Avenue South

2164 11th Avenue South is a one-story, 3,000 square-foot, concrete-framed office building at the corner of 22nd Street South and 11th Avenue South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. The building is set into a sloping site, with the ground floor below grade at the western end facing 11th Avenue, and raised above covered parking spaces accessible from the rear.

Old Realty LLC sold the property to Thomas Skinner IV's Lookout Mountain Land & Mineral LLC in 2012 for $430,000. Skinner used the building and its adjacent parking lot at 1030 22nd Street South for his law offices until 2020, when he sold both to an affiliate of Belterra Partners for $730,000.
