400 Hollywood Boulevard is a 1-acre parcel on Hollywood Boulevard flanking the eastern end of the Hollywood Boulevard overpass over U. S. Highway 280. The parcel, which is just south of Lane Park, is located in the Redmont neighborhood of Birmingham, but also borders the suburbs of Homewood and Mountain Brook and adjoins Mountain Brook Village.
