Abe Becker ia a jazz bassist residing in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of several active performing groups, including the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame All-Stars, the Chad Fisher Group, and Ray Reach and Friends. He received the Bachelor of Music Degree in composition from Indiana University, serves as bass instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and is a faculty member of the educational program of the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame.
