J. S. Abrams High School was a high school in the Bessemer City Schools system, located at 1200 23rd Street North near Blue Creek Junction.

It was founded in 1960 as a junior-senior high school for grades 7 through 12 when the former Dunbar High School was converted into a K-8 school. The school was named in memory of Jackson Abrams, a long-serving principal at Dunbar who had died the previous year.

Abrams High School's athletic teams were known as the Blue Devils, the same nickname as the former Dunbar High teams.

A new J. S. Abrams Primary School was constructed in 1980 for grades K-5 and sixth grade classes were moved to the high school. Abrams High School closed in 1987 with students merging into Jess Lanier High School. The former high school building became part of the Abrams Elementary School campus.
