The Adams Inn is a five-story former Ramada Inn motel operating at 300 10th Street North. It occupies the block between 3rd and 4th Avenue North and between 9th and 10th Streets.

After a long decline, only part of the motel is currently being used. A fire broke out on the first floor on February 4, 2009 and was quickly contained.
