Alley's Discount Drugs is a drugstore currently located at 633 Tuscaloosa Avenue Southwest at the corner of Lomb Avenue near Baptist Medical Center Princeton in West End. It has been owned by Dave Alley since he graduated from Samford University's pharmacy school in 1984.
Alley's Drugs has roots in Birmingham dating back to 1927. In the late 1950s, the family opened a location in the Vestavia Hills Shopping Center. The store in West End is the last remaining Alley's.
