Angela M. Wells (born c. 1967) is an environmental specialist and candidate for Birmingham City Council District 7 in the 2009 Birmingham City Council election.

Wells has bachelor's degrees in biology and English from UAB. As a City Council candidate she is campaigning on a platform of public safety, reducing blight and improving the image of western Birmingham.
