Archie's Bar-B-Q & Burgers is a barbeque restaurant owned and operated by Nick Manakides at 1571 Montgomery Highway. It debuted in 2020 as a re-branding of the Golden Rule Bar-B-Q franchise that he had operated there since buying it from Michael Matsos in 1976.
During the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic Manakides chose to cut his franchise fees rather than lay off employees. He named the business for his father, Achilles "Archie" Manakides. Most of the menu offerings remained the same.
