Ash Place is a 4-story 53,170 square-foot office building on a 1.26-acre lot at 2100 16th Avenue South (also addressed as 1501 Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard South in Birmingham's Highland Park neighborhood. It is owned and managed by JH Berry Commercial Real Estate.

The building was constructed in 1982. Its design uses horizontal bands of bronze-tinted windows separated by off-white spandrels, supported at the corners by wide, curved brick-clad piers. The building includes a covered two-level parking deck clad with pre-cast concrete panels with lozenge-shaped openings.
