Ashby at Ross Bridge is a $35 million, 250-unit apartment complex built by Daniel Corporation in 2013 in the Ross Bridge community. The complex is off of Ross Bridge Parkway, south of Shannon-Oxmoor Road. It is made up of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 640 square feet to 1,350 square feet and features a clubhouse, fitness center, clubroom, business center, and pool.
The complex was designed by Atlanta-based Pucciano & English architects and constructed by Doster Construction Company. It was completed in May 2013. In December 2013, the complex was sold to Ashby FRG LLC, a partnership controlled by Memphis-based Fogelman Properties.
