Avenue V Ensley, or Avenue V, is a north-south avenue running through Birmingham's Ensley, Tuxedo, Ensley Highlands and Central Park neighborhoods. Though disconnected, the name extends north into South Pratt and Central Pratt as Avenue V Pratt.

In Ensley Highlands, Avenue V was formerly called 22nd Avenue or 22nd Avenue Ensley.
