Bambinelli's Italian Café was an Italian restaurant located at 2031 Cahaba Road in English Village. It was owned by and named for Salvatore's Pizza and Pasta owner Salvatore Bambinelli.

Bambinelli bought the adjoining Ciao Restaurant and Café Ciao locations from owner Carl Anderson in May 2008. Bambinelli combined the two spaces into a single, full-service restaurant, rather than just a pizzeria. The restaurant opened in November 2008 with Melvin Bloodworth as the executive chef. It began with separate lunch and dinner menus. The former featured sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, and seafood dishes at lower prices, while the latter offered richer meals and did not list sandwiches or pizza.

In 2009, Bambinelli's began offering a weekday special on the lunch menu designed to get diners in and out in 30 minutes or less. Catering manager Johnny Cola formerly worked in restaurants on Wall Street in New York and wanted to bring the concept to Birmingham.

Around January 2012, the restaurant was changed to become another Salvatore's location.
