Beignets & Lattes is a coffee shop opened by Carolyn Linski and Nathan O’Connor in November 2019. It is located in the former Helena Family Pharmacy space at 1915 Shelby County Highway 58 in Helena.

Beignets & Lattes features Domestique coffees alongside their New Orleans-style beignets. The business also operated a mobile food trailer between January and September 2021.

In early 2022 Linski and her daughter Heather Crittenden opened a different brunch-focused restaurant in Alabaster.
