Benny Bliss

Benny Bliss (born June 30, 1957) is a former antique dealer, electronics salesman, and property manager. He is the inventor of the "Magnetic Bliss" system to simplify hanging decorations and signage from metal suspended ceiling grids. He markets the product through his Bliss Development Group in Gulf Shores, Baldwin County.

Bliss graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1975 and attended Auburn University for two years. He graduated from UAB in 1982. From 1990 to 2004 he operated the Little Gatlinburg antique and gift shop.

From 2004 to 2011 he worked as a sales representative for Long's Electronics, selling to educational and government customers. He later worked as property manager for the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity house at Auburn.

Bliss ran unsuccessfully in the 2006 Republican primary for Alabama House District 43.
