The Birmingham Colored Golf & Country Club was a planned private, non-profit golf club which was being developed by the W. L. Williams Development Company for the board of governors of the club, which was incorporated on January 25, 1928 by W. D. Brown, B. G. Shaw Jr, and Anderson Jenkins.

The club, which was planned for a site "near Birmingham, in Jefferson County, was never constructed.
