Birmingham Tower is a 9-story, 125-unit affordable senior apartment building at 2712 31st Street North in North Birmingham. The building as managed by ALCO management of Memphis, Tennessee.

The building was refinanced under a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development program in 2003. Alco redecorated common areas and upgraded smoke alarms.

The building was evacuated on March 3, 2017 due to a reported fire.
