BrightPay Health Corp. is a technology company which offers a subscription-based smartphone app to make it easier for individuals to find healthcare providers who accept direct payments, and to simplify financing those payments. It was founded in 2022 in Alpharetta, Georgia by Shielvonda Haith and Archie Otu.

BrightPay's Basic service also includes healthcare resources. A Premium plan offers incentives such as discounted care or travel discounts for completing "prevention and wellness activities". A Platinum subscription also offers limited telehealth services and invitations to member events.

BrightPay was part of the spring 2023 cohort of the Prosper HealthTech Accelerator and subsequently relocated its offices to Birmingham.
