CB&S Bank is a bank headquartered in Russellville, Franklin County. The $1.3 million bank has 36 branches sprawled across Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. In 2006, it acquired 9 branches, along with those branchs' customers and deposits, through the divesting of some AmSouth Bank branches.

CB&S entered the Birmingham market in May 2008 when it opened a de novo branch in the former Regions Bank location in the Village at Lee Branch shopping center at 1301 Doug Baker Boulevard off of U. S. Highway 280. Aside from the 9 divested branches, CB&S acquired a total of 10 empty branch locations closed as a result of the AmSouth-Regions merger.
