CBS Recording Studios was a full service multi-track recording studio located at 1840-B Center Point Parkway in Center Point which was owned and operated by Chet Bennett and Nick Petta, both of whom are seasoned veterans of the recording industry. CBS Recording Studios was a by-appointment-only studio, and was not open to the general public. Their goal was to sign and produce artists and shop their products to record labels. CBS Recording Studios was open to artists and producers that wished to use the facilities at very reasonable rates. There was seating for 20 people in the large tracking room.
