The CSX Central Alabama Intermodal Facility is a small cargo hub under development by CSX Transportation on 24-acres of the former Pullman Standard Railcar site at Interstate Industrial Park in downtown Bessemer. The facility will primarily serve shipments of parts for automobile manufacturers in Alabama.
