The median income for a household in the town was $34,107, and the median income for a family was $45,000. Males had a median income of $28,906 versus $18,125 for females. The Jefferson County Board of Equalization evaluated 25 homes in Cardiff and determined that their average market value for 2007 was $35,184, a 3.3% increase since 2006.
