A question of capitalization

- I went back and forth and decided that "Birmingham Police officers" refers specifically to BPD and "Birmingham police officers" could include Birmingham residents who worked for other departments. I could be interpreting it oddly, though. --Dystopos 11:07, 10 December 2009 (PST)
