The Chase Corporate Center is a pair of office buildings, joined by a covered atrium, on a 14.4-acre site on Chase Corporate Drive, just off Montgomery Highway in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision, south of the Riverchase Galleria and I-459 and across from the AT&T Regional Data Center.

In May 2006, BellSouth vacated approximately 58,000 square feet in the Center. In December of that year, the property was sold by Invesco to Talcott Realty Investors of Hartford, Connecticut for $21.2 million. The owners carried out a $2.5 million building and landscape renovation project in 2014.
