Chase Corporate Center

The Chase Corporate Center is a pair of office buildings, joined by a covered atrium, on a 14.4-acre site on Chase Corporate Drive, just off Montgomery Highway in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision, south of the Riverchase Galleria and I-459 and across from the AT&T Regional Data Center.

Building One was completed in 1985, with Building Two finished two years later. Together they enclose 210,065 square-feet of leasable space. The site includes 718 parking spaces. The west side of the building overlooks Chase Lake, an artificial lake built by damming a small tributary to the Cahaba River.

In May 2006, BellSouth vacated approximately 58,000 square feet in the Center. In December of that year, the property was sold by Invesco to Talcott Realty Investors of Hartford, Connecticut for $21.2 million. The owners carried out a $2.5 million building and landscape renovation project in 2014. The Center was certified "silver" by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program in August of that year.

IWG of Zug, Switzerland operates a serviced office center at 1 Chase Corporate Drive, Suite 400 through its Regus division, and virtual office addresses through its Davinci division.

Priam Properties of Nashville, Tennessee sold the property to Hall Capital of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for $26.5 million in April 2023.
