The buildings together enclose 210,065 square-feet of leasable space on a 14.4 acre site. The site includes 718 parking spaces and Chase Lake, an artificial lake. Building One was completed in 1985, with Building Two finished two years later.

The Chase Lake Café is located in Building Two, in the former location of Dexter's at Chase Lake.

In May 2006, BellSouth vacated approximately 58,000 square feet in the Center.

In December 2006 the Center was sold by Invesco to Talcott Realty Investors of Hartford, Connecticut for $21.2 million.
