Chase Corporate Center
The Chase Corporate Center is a pair of office buildings, joined by a covered atrium, on a 14.4-acre site on Chase Corporate Drive, just off Montgomery Highway in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision, south of the Riverchase Galleria and I-459 and across from the AT&T Regional Data Center.
The buildings together enclose 210,065 square-feet of leasable space. The site includes 718 parking spaces and Chase Lake, an artificial lake. Building One was completed in 1985, with Building Two finished two years later.
In May 2006, BellSouth vacated approximately 58,000 square feet in the Center. In December of that year, the property was sold by Invesco to Talcott Realty Investors of Hartford, Connecticut for $21.2 million. The owners carried out a $2.5 million building and landscape renovation project in 2014.
