Cheater Sanfilippo (born June 25, 1919 in Birmingham; died April 5, 1982 in Birmingham) was a co-founder of Rocco & Cheater's Speed Shop.

Sanfilippo was the son of Sam and Rosina Sanfilippo. He and his older brother Rocco opened their auto supply business in 1944.

Sanfilippo died in 1982 and is buried at Elmwood Cemtery. He was posthumously inducted into the Alabama Auto Racing Pioneers Hall of Fame in 1999.
